Application Procedure

General Information
Applicants must first obtain and fill the International Students' Application Form and submit it with all necessary documents. Application Forms can be obtained from the International Students Office of Northeast Normal University. Online versions of the Application forms are also available from the university website at http://iso.nenu.edu.cn. The application must be accompanied by a non-refundable application fee……

Notification of Admission and Registration

Successful applicants will be notified of their admission by letter or email (where available). Admission notices will usually be accompanied by visa application forms JW201 or JW202 for foreigners wishing to study in China.
Candidates should make all attempts to register within the time stipulated as stated in their admission notice.
Candidates who arrive in China within the stipulated time for registration will be received by school officials at the airport .However, if a candidate fails to arrive within the stipulated time, he or she will bear the cost of transportation to the campus.
On arrival, candidates will pay all required fees and receive student identity cards.
Normally each student is required to register within 15 days after entry. The school will not be responsible for any inconveniences encountered because of late registration.

Administration Building, Room 624,International Students Office, Division of International Cooperation and Exchange, Northeast Normal University.

Visa Application, Travel And Immigration

Successful applicants must have a valid passport that covers their duration of study in China as it may be complicated to extend the passport after arrival.
Students coming for a short period of study (2-3 months) should apply for an F-visa while students studying longer should apply for an X-visa.
Students should apply for visa in the Chinese embassy or consulate in their home countries using the JW201 or JW202 visa application form together with an Admission Notice.
Successful candidates must bring results of physical examination (e.g. HIV, Syphilis, HBsAg, ECG, B- ultrasounds etc).……
