Recently, the 21st China, Japan and South Korea Environment Ministers' Meeting (TEMM 21 Youth Forum) was held in Kitakyushu, Japan. Xu Xiaoyan, a 2016 undergraduate from the School of Environment of NENU, was invited to attend the forum as one of the five representatives of Chinese youth. Youth representatives from China, Japan and South Korea exchanged with the theme of " Imagine, Create, Action. Transforming our society to be sustainable for everyone ", and reported the forum results at the 21st China, Japan and South Korea Environment Ministers' Meeting.
After the meeting, Li Ganjie, Minister of the Ministry of Ecological Environment, met with Chinese youth representatives and had a friendly talk with NENU students to affirm and encourage their efforts in environmental protection and public welfare.
