Popular Science Video | NENU's Natural Museum Teachers Collected Precious Videos of Chinese Mergus Squamatus Jumping out of Nest in the Wild

Published:June 4, 2020 Review:

A few days ago, some teachers of the Natural Museum of NENU collected a lot of precious videos during field surveys of animal diversity in the Changbai Mountain area, and produced the original video “Chinese Mergus Squamatus Jumping out of the Nest”, which is the first popular science micro-video in China to comprehensively introduce the process of Mergus Squamatus chicks jumping out of the nest.

Jumping out of the nest refers to the process that the chicks of the Chinese Mergus Squamatus, led by the female parent, jump out of the nest and enter the stream life after 24 hours after breaking their shells.
