On November 1st, the Organization Department of the Party Committee and the Party school of NENU held the closing ceremony of the training class of the potential member to the Party in the Autumn Semester of 2020.
Undertaken by the Party Committee of the School of Chemistry, the training course of a total of 524 students started on September 26th. In accordance with the requirements of the prevention and control of the coronavirus, the training course has 1 main venue and 20 branch venues. The training content includes Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics for a New Era, Party Constitution and Party rules and basic knowledge about the Party, and education on ideal and belief and current policy, as well as “four history” education (that is Historical Records, Han History, Later Han History, and Records of the Three Kingdom) and pioneer model education. The aim is to educate and guide the potential member of the Party to have a deep understanding of the nature, creed, purpose, organizational principles and disciplines of the Party, the obligations and rights of Party members, etc., to help them further correct their motivation to join the Party, and continue to strengthen their belief in dedicating themselves to the cause of communism. Lay a good ideological and theoretical foundation for early joining the Party. After theoretical study, seminars and exchanges, practical activities, and assessments, 515 students finally completed the course successfully.
Attending the closing ceremony of the training class are the heads of the Organization Department of the Party Committee, the Party School NENU and the Party Committee of the School of Chemistry.They issued a certificate of completion to the representatives of the trainees. At the ceremony, representatives of each group of trainees respectively gave a theme report, the class instructor made a summary, and the one who is in charge of NENU’s Party school gave a concluding speech.
