Recently, the Intellectual Property Information Service Center of NENU was approved as the “National SME Public Service Demonstration Platform” in 2020.
The National SME Public Service Demonstration Platform is accredited by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. After the procedures of recommendation by the provincial competent department, expert review and public announcement, a total of 214 units across the country have won the title of “National SME Public Service Demonstration Platform”, among which there are only two universities.
Supported by the library, the Intellectual Property Information Service Center of NENU was approved as the “National Patent Document Information Service Network” in 2017. In 2019, it was approved as the first batch of “National Intellectual Property Information Service Center of University” as well. In the same year, it was named “Jilin Provincial SME Public Service Demonstration Platform”. After the successful declaration of the “National SME Public Service Demonstration Platform”, the center will further improve its service functions, continuously strengthen service capabilities, innovate service models, expand service scope, and enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of services on the existing basis. It has effectively played a supporting and demonstrative role in providing high-quality intellectual property information services for a vast number of small and medium-sized enterprises.
