In order to further promote “What Can Be Done for Teachers and Students” practical activities, better solve the problems met by teachers and students, and deliver new progress and results in the learning and education of the Party’s history, part of the celebration of the 37th Teachers’ Day as well, the Party branch directly under the Natural History Museum invited three experts from the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine to come to the museum to carry out a free medical consultation with the theme of “Celebrating the 100th Anniversary of the Founding of the Party and Concerning the Health of Teachers and Students” on September 9th.
At the event site, Dong Jie, director of the Department of Gynecology, the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Chinese Medicine, Zhou Shuping, deputy chief physician of the Department of Cardiology, Qi Yanying, deputy chief physician of the Department of Acupuncture and Massage, carried out health consultation, diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease screening, Chinese medicine acupuncture and other free medical consultations, and chronic disease consultation for citizens, all museum staff, security and logistical personnel, and some students who visited the museum that day. At the same time, customized health guidance was given to some patients with hypertension and diabetes.
This free medical consultation is one of a series of measures taken by the Party branch directly under the Natural History Museum to carry out the learning and education of the Party’s history and “What Can Be Done for Teachers and Students” practical activities. In the next step, the Party branch directly under the Natural History Museum will relate to other departments of NENU to establish long-term contacts with the Party Committee of the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin Academy of Chinese Medicine, promote regular and diversified free clinic activities, and better do good things for teachers and students in NENU.
