In July 1985, he graduated from the School of Physics of Northeast Normal University (formerly the Department of Physics) with a bachelor degree of science; in June 1988, he graduated from the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences (formerly the Changchun Institute of Physics) majoring in condensed matter physics and obtained a bachelor degree of science; in December 1995, he graduated from the Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Polytechnic University ofTurinin Italy, a joint doctoral program in condensed matter physics, and received a doctorate degree of science; once conducted post-doctorate research in the Department of Chemistry of Jilin University and the Technology Research Center of Kyushu University in Japan, engaged in the research of nanoelectronic materials and devices, microelectronic dielectric thin film materials and MOS devices. From 1988 until now, He has been teaching in the School of Physics of Northeast Normal University, mainly engaged in the research of oxide semiconductor optoelectronic functional materials and devices.
