In order to better meet the individualized learning needs of trainees, this training made full use of the advantages of school teachers, and set up a team of theoretical instructors to give one-on-one guidance and answer questions. At the same time, NENU has also strengthened online participatory training, highlighting the double questioning mode of “online study”, “dialogue between famous principals” and “questionnaire+real-time questioning”, which fully mobilized the enthusiasm of trainees to participate, and aroused the initiative of trainees to think and talk.
