On December 17th, the 12th National Congress of the China National Democratic Construction Association has concluded in Beijing. The first plenary meeting of the 12th Central Committee of the National Democratic Construction Association was held. The 12th Central Standing Committee was elected during the meeting, and Hao Mingjin, an alumnus of NENU, was elected as the chairman.
Hao Mingjin, born in December, 1956, started his master degree program in 1982 at NENU, majoring in the world history in the School of History of NENU. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the 13th the National People’s Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), Chairman of the Central Committee of China National Democratic Construction Association, Chairman of China Vocational Education Association and President of the Central Institute of Socialism.
