On March 7th, seven people, including He Jun, member of the Standing Committee of Central South University Party Committee and Vice President, came to our school for a survey. Wang Yan, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of NENU, and heads of relevant departments attended the symposium.
Wang Yan extended a warm welcome to He Jun and his retinues. He introduced the development history of NENU and the construction of “double first-class”. He hoped to take this visit of He Jun and his retinues as an opportunity to further deepen the exchanges and cooperation between the two schools.
He Jun fully affirmed the achievements of our school in the construction of “double first-class” and introduced the situation of Central South University in details. He expressed the hope that through this exchange and discussion, he would learn from the successful experience of Northeast Normal University in promoting intelligent teaching, textbook construction, digital transformation of education, ideological and political courses and standardized management of non-academic education, and promote the development of education in Central South University.
At the symposium, the heads of the Academic Affairs Office and the School of Vocational and Continuing Education introduced their experiences around the content, and exchanged and discussed with He Jun and his retinues.
