The open category competition of short track speed skating at the 14th National Winter Games finished all events on February 18th. Sun Long, a 2018 undergraduate student from our university, won three gold medals in the men's 500m, 1000m, and 1500m events. Zhang Chutong, a 2019 undergraduate student from our university, won the women's 500m gold medal, as well as silver medals in the 1000m and 1500m events. In addition, two athletes also won the men's 5000m relay gold medal and the 2000m mixed relay silver medal respectively.
