On October 26, the 2019 Job Fair for Master and Doctor Graduates Session Applying for University Teachers, Counselors and Staff organized by NENU was held.
This job fair had 67 universities and scientific research institutes from 15 provinces, cities and autonomous regions in China, including Beijing, Chongqing and Zhengzhou. It provided more than 2400 positions in need, covering 11 disciplines including science, engineering, literature, history, philosophy, economics, management, law, pedagogy, art and medicine. It attracted more than 2100 master's and doctoral students to apply for jobs, such as Jilin University, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Northeast University, Central University for Nationalities, Shaanxi Normal University, Hunan Normal University and others which was 51 universities in total from the country.
In recent years, according to the characteristics and employment situation of the graduates, NENU has made scientific decisions on the employment situation and the employment market, formulated a "smart" employment model, implemented "precise recruitment service" for different groups of graduates, and held various special large, medium and small recruitment fairs, such as educational talent recruitment fairs and applications, which will help the graduates to obtain higher quality and full employment in an all-round way.
On December 1, NENU will also hold the National Graduates Education Talents Recruitment Fair in Changchun International Convention and Exhibition Center, inviting all the graduates and employers of 2019 to attend.
