On October 15th, NENU held an expert review meeting for the qualification evaluation of the Master of Education degree. The evaluation expert group consists of five members including Professor Zang Shuying, member of the National Education Professional Degree Education Steering Committee and Vice President of Harbin Normal University and Professor Zheng Hairong, Dean of Graduate School of Shanxi Normal University. Liu Yichun, President of NENU, Gao Hang, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of NENU, Wu Zhihui, Dean of the Graduate School of NENU, and the heads of relevant colleges (departments), teachers and students attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Liu Yichun introduced the situation that NENU took root in China and explored the mode of teacher education and training. He pointed out that the reform of the mode of master of education is the development and innovation on the basis of the U-G-S mode of undergraduate education-major students.
