Presently, the result of the prize of university teaching for teachers held firstly by the Educational Minstry was announed. Professor Tian keqin in Northeast Normal Unversity won the award.
This appraisal aims at honoring the professors with advanced teaching methods, rich teaching experiences, high teaching levels and effective teaching skills and also those who can stick to the educational policy diracted by the Communist Party, teach the basic courses for a long period, pay attention to teaching reforms and practics. In all, 100 teachers was awarded this prize.
The conference for honoring will be held in the People’ Hall on Sep. 9th. Professor Tian keqin will go to Beijing to attend the conference and present at the forum to celebrate the Teacher’s Day of 2003 and the 10 anniversary of issuing Teachers’ Law.
