HKIED Shen Aida Exhortation & Academic Intercommunion Center Completed in NENU

At 11:18 a.m. Nov. 7, the completion ceremony for the Hong Kong Institute of Education (HKIED) Shen Aidai Exhortation & Academic Intercommunion Center was held in NENU. Professor Bernard Luk Hung-kay and Ni Weiyao, HKIED’s vice president, Fang Jun, College of Social Science’s vice director, Dr Dai Jianguo from college of Chinese Language, Miss Huang Zhibin, Mr Chen Zuojian, president Shi Ningzhong and other leaders of NENU were presented at the ceremony. Zhang Zhiguo, vice president of NENU presided over the ceremony. President Shi Ningzhong made a speech. He yearned for Mr Shen Aida as a enterpriser, inventor, and philanthropist and thanked HKIED and HSBC (HK) Trustee Ltd for the support to NENU. He welcomed the collaboration with other aspects and hoped for deeper collaboration with HKIED. Professor Bernard Luk Hung-kay, HKIED’s vice president, addressed at the ceremony. He recollected the course from the acquaintance to the collaboration between the two universities and said the center would be the base for Hong Kong students to study Chinese and the collaboration would be further in the future. At 11:30 a.m. Shi Ningzhong, Yang Zhong, Bernard Luk Hung-kay, and Ni Weiyao cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony for the center.
