On January 16, 2004, Wang Erkang, academician of Changchun Applied Chemistry Institute, Chinese Academy of Sciences, was engaged as Honorary Professor in Northeast Normal University (NENU). Professor Shi Ningzhong, President of NENU, awarded the Honorary Professor certificate to Professor Wang on the ceremony.
Wang Erkang, male, who graduated from chemistry department of Shanghai Hujiang University, is the dean of Changchun Applied Chemistry Institute, Academician of the Third World Science Academy, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, doctoral supervisor and currently member of Academic Degree Committee of State Council.
