In order to better understand and carry out the fifth plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party spirit among middle-ranking carders of NENU, and coordinate with the Maintenance of CPC’s Advanced Nature educational activity, NENU invited Mr. Lu Guangjin, deputy-general of Information Office of the State Council, to lecture on comprehending the fifth plenary session of the 16th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party spirit from the perspective of “Deterrence Theory” and China’s peaceful development on October 26th. Deputy-Secretary Zhao Ying of NENU presided over the report conference. Professor committee members and crew concerned listened to his report.
Mr. Lu Guangjin graduated from School of History and Culture in 1984 and taught in NENU since then. He obtained his MA and PhD degrees of History of CPC in NENU in 1989 and 1994 respectively and started to work in Information Office of the State Council in the same year.
