According to the recently released appraisal result of "Model Courses of Jilin Province of the Year 2005", NENU have four courses selected. They are A Panorama of Education taught by Prof. Liu Haimin in School of Education Sciences, Physical Chemistry and Experiment by Prof. Chu Ying in School of Chemistry, Cytological Biology by Prof. Zeng Xianlu in School of Life Sciences and Electric Mechanics by Prof. Zheng Taiyu in School of Physics.
