Headed by Northeast Normal University, 26 normal universities or colleges from the northeast area started a campaign to encourage graduates to work for the grass-roots units. There were altogether 1271 graduates who signed up to work in the units from the grass-roots on Dec. 3rd. The campaign was praised by graduates and cooperative units and graduates took part in it actively.
