The proposal conference on "Marxism in China",one of the key projects of social science research of Ministry of Education,was held in School of Law Dec. 16th.
Secretary Sheng Lianxi,Vice-president Ma Shang and President Assistant Liu Jianjun lectured on the importance and design of the program and proposed many constructive opinions as well. Professors in charge of the program introduced the latest progress in the program on the conference. Staff concerned including teachers representatives and postgraduate students majoring in Party History presented at the conference.
Cooperated with Nankai University,the program, worth 500,000 RMB yuan in all,is a key program of Ministry of Education. Three such programs of NENU has been approved so far. Their initiation is taken as an important part of "Promoting Plan for Philosophical and Social Sciences in Universities".
