NENU's Basketball Team won the match in the 8th round of CUBA (NENU drew a bye in the 7th round) with a 101-89 victory over Shandong University Basketball Team on Dec. 24th. Up to now, NENU has obtained four straight victories over the Shandong University Basketball Team.
NENU's Basketball Team will enter next season's competition on March 4th 2006 with five wins and two losses earning a total of 12 points as did Northeast University and Renmin University of China.
