NENU held a preliminary meeting on anniversary celebration on the afternoon of January 5th. All leaders of NENU, members of Organizing Committee of Anniversary Celebration and staff from Anniversary Celebration Office attended the meeting.
Vice President Zhang Zhiguo presided at the meeting. Secretary of the Party Committee of NENU Sheng Lianxi and President Shi Ningzhong addressed on the meeting. Sheng pointed out that the purpose of anniversary celebration was not only to exhibit NENU's achievements in its construction and development, but more importantly to sum up and extract the very essence of our culture or concept that have been accumulated over the years in running the school, to carry on and enhance NENU's fine tradition, to reflect on the past lessons and experiences, and to look forward to the bright future.
President Shi Ningzhong explained NENU's developing goals of the 11th Five-Year Project on the meeting. Vive President Zhang Zhiguo presented the preparatory work of anniversary celebration, introduced members of the Organizing Committee, and assigned responsibilities and related work.
