Vice President Liu Yichun issued the letter of appointment on behalf of NENU to Changchun Vice Mayor―An Li on Feb. 17th. Thus, An Li was engaged as a part-time professor.
An Li will lecture for MPA and graduates majoring in Administrative Management from School of Politics and Law.
