On March 1, a group of 5 leaders from the Changchun Municipal Committee of the CPPCC visited to NENU to discuss motions proposed by members of the Municipal Committee of the CPPCC. The visiting leaders include, among others, Vice Chairman Cui Weide, Vice General Secretary Zhao Guijun and Vice Director of Motion Committee Li Wei. NENU's Vice Secretary of the Party Committee, Zhao Ying and the relevant personnel from the United Front Committee attended the meeting.
At the meeting, the leaders introduced the motions proposed during the 4th Session of the 10th Municipal Committee of the CPPCC, and gave positive remarks regarding NENU's contribution. They had high praise for NENU's representative on the Municipal Committee of the CPPCC Bai Jianying who made many outstanding motions. In addition, the participants discussed some challenging issues in society and how to raise the bar for the motions brought to the Municipal Committee of the CPPCC.
