On April 21, headed by Jin Yuxue (the Vice Party Secretary and Vice President), a group of six people from the China's Criminal Police University (CCPU) came to visit NENU. Vice President Yang Zhong and relevant personnel received the guests and held a meeting with them.
The purpose of CCPU leader's visit is to learn NENU's preparatory work for and experience in receiving the Ministry of Education's appraisal on its undergraduate programs. Vive President Yang Zhong welcomed the guests on behalf of the school. He expounded the significance of the appraisal, and introduced our experience in educating the students, reforming the curricular system, constructing teaching facilities and managing teaching affairs.
Relevant personnel from the Administrative Office, the Propaganda Office, the Graduate School, the Academic Affairs and the College of Long Distance & Continuing Education gave a detailed introduction on the specific ways of publicizing the significance of the appraisal and preparing materials for the appraisal.
During their stay, the guests also visited the Museum of NENU's History.
