The 2006 Symposia of English Literature Society has been held in Northeast Normal University recently. The symposia, sponsored by the national English Literature Society and undertaken by School of Foreign Languages, NENU, saw the attendance of 124 representatives from 60 colleges and universities, research institutes and publishers all over the country. Prof. Yang Zhong, NENU's Vice President, delivered a speech at the conference, and Prof. Li Zeng from School of Foreign Languages, gave a talk as one of the experts.
