On Oct. 9th, Chen Xiaoguang, Deputy Governor of Jilin Province, inspected NENU's Gym Program, companied by the school's party leaders, Sheng Lianxi, Shi Ningzhong, Zhang Zhiguo and concerned personnel.
Governor Chen was shown the gym model, and listened to the introductions about facilities and functions of the gym given by Shi Ningzhong. Chen made detailed inquiries of such matters as the property right of the gym, the program outlay and the item investment. On the construction site, he inquired about the current condition of the program.
