On Oct. 13th, the 4th Academic Conference of Science and Technology of Jilin Province, co-organized by Jilin Association for Science and Technology, Science and Technology Department, Jilin University, Chinese Academy of Sciences Changchun Branch, and Northeast Normal University, opened in Changchun. President Shi Ningzhong attended the opening ceremony. The sessions of Chemistry, Life Sciences and Biology Technology, and Mathematics of the 4th Academic Conference of Science and Technology of Jilin Province opened in succession in the school recently.
On Otc.14th, the session of Chemistry opened in Room No.1 of School of Chemistry. The report meeting was held by Professor Su Zhongmin, Deputy Director of Chemistry Association of Jilin Province and Dean of Graduate School of NENU. Professor Ji Hong of Jilin University, Researcher Zhang Hongjie of Applied Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Professor Wang Enbo of the School gave academy reports.
On Otc.15th, the session of Life Sciences and Biology Technology opened in Room No.13 of Yifu Teaching Building. Professor Sheng Lianxi, Party Secretary, Professor Zhou Daowei, Dean Assistant and Director of Science and Technology Office attended the meeting. The report meeting was held by Professor Zeng Xianlu, Botany Department of Jilin Province. Professor Yang Shijie and Professor Li Fan of Jilin University, Resercher Li Yong of Changchun Institute of Biological Products, and Professor Liu Bao, Professor Wang Li and Professor Feng Jiang of the school gave excellent reports and answered students’ questions on the spot.
On Otc.20th, the session of Mathematics will be held in the Conference Hall on the third floor of Gallery of University History of the school. On the occasion, Professor Li Shangzhi, Dean of College of Science of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Researcher Li Wenlin, Institute of Mathematics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Professor Shi Ningzhong, NENU's President, and Professor Lv Xianrui of Jilin University will give excellent reports.
