Recently, the evaluation of projects for follow-up subsidy by National Fund of Social Sciences was completed. The project applied by Professor Wang Yanhui of History and Culture Department was approved with a subsidy of 70,000 yuan. With the announcement of the sponsored projects, the appraisal for 2006 National Fund of Social Sciences was almost completed. Altogether 7 projects of the school were funded this year (excluding two subjects in education sciences and arts & sciences).
