On Nov. 16th, the Opening Ceremony of Seminar for African Senior Education Officials was held in the Conference Hall of the School Office. Persons in charge of Jilin Commercial Department Yang Zhong, Vice-President of the school, and persons in charge of the Department of International Cooperation and Exchanges attended the opening ceremony.
Yang Zhong said in his speech that the school had successfully held 8 seminars for the African countries for 4 years and provided a good channel for the exchanges of experience and research studies for the education staff in China and Africa.
An education official from Namibia representing all the attendants for the seminar gave a speech.
The seminar sponsored by Ministry of Commerce and undertaken by NENU lasts 16 days. 29 education officials from 10 African countries attended the course.
