On the afternoon of Jan.15th, a ceremony appointing Zhu Yejing, Mayor of Changchun, Honorable Professor was held in NENU. Sheng Lianxi, Secretary of the university's Party Commission, Shi Ningzhong, the university's President, Yan Yuhua, General Secretary of Changchun Municipal Government and personnel of the relevant departments attended the ceremony. On the ceremony, Shi Ningzhong awarded Mayor Zhu the letter of appointment.
