Yang Zhong and Ma Shang are removed from the position of the vice-president.
Besides, Party Committee of the CPC Ministry of Education issued Jiaodangren 【2007】No. 4 Document "Notice of Party Committee of the CPC Ministry of Education on Duty Appointment and Removal of Ma Shang etc." After consultation with CPC Jilin Provincial Committee, it is decided that Ma Shang is appointed as the deputy secretary of NENU Party Committee and Zhang Shaojie member of the Standing Committee of NENU Party Committee. Meanwhile, Liu Haimin is removed from deputy secretary position of NENU Party Committee and Yang Zhong member of the Standing Committee of Party Committee NENU.
