Recently, Ministry of Education announced the name list of 2006 Professors and Chair Professors of Cheung Kong Scholar's Program. National colleges evaluated altogether 106 professors and 99 chair professors. Su Zhongmin, professor of the School of Chemistry of NENU was appointed as Cheung Kong Scholar on Inorganic Chemistry. Up till now, there are 5 professors offered professorship of Cheung Kong Scholar in the school including 4 professors and 1 chair professor.
