Recently, the evaluation result of 2006 Japanese Sumitomo Mitsui Foundation―"Research Programs of Concerned Issues on Japan" applied by Social Science Management of NENU, was announced. As one of the 58 programs sponsored in Asia this year, "Foreign Culture Research on Solving Mathematical Problems", applied by Li Shuwen, teacher majoring in Curriculum and Teaching from School of Mathematics and Statistics of NENU, was approved.
