Three high-level academic articles, written by researchers of Countryside Education Institute of NENU, were reprinted in the "Education Column" of Xinhua Digest entitled "Discussion on 'rural Education reform'".
The three articles, including "Great Efforts on the Development of Rural Vocational Education" , "Pressing ahead with the construction in the standardization of rural teaching staff" and "Difficulties and Relevant Strategies in the Implementation of Quality-oriented Education in Rural Primary and Middle Schools" were written by Prof. Yu Wei, director of Countryside Education Institute, Yang Zhaoshan, professor of School of Education Science of NENU and researcher of Countryside Education Institute, and Wang Jiayi, professor of Northwest Normal University and researcher of Countryside Education Institute respectively. They concentrated on a detailed analysis and discussion of such core issues as rural quality-oriented education, rural teaching staff and rural vocational education which are posing a profound influence on rural education reform.
