President Shi Ningzhong and relevant responsible staff from School of Education Science, School of Urban and Environmental Science and International Cooperation and Exchanges, paid a friendly visit to Japan Obirin University, Japan Nagasaki University, Korea Silla University and Korea Seoul Educational University from Mar. 18th to 25th.
On Mar. 20th, President Shi was honored with the title of "Emeritus Ph.D." for boosting the contribution to cooperation and exchange between Obirin University and NENU. Satow Toyoshi, the head of the University Council and President of Obirin University, congratulated President Shi on the ceremony.
NENU signed the agreement of friendly cooperation together with Japan Nagasaki University, Korea Silla University and Korea Seoul Education University. According to the agreement, NENU will promote cooperation and exchanges with the three universities in academic exchanges, joint research, faculty visits, dispatch of foreign students, shares of library resources etc.
