On Apr. 4th, Prof. Ma Qingshu, president of the Society of the Modernization of Language and Literature of China, vice president of the Rhetoric Society of China and doctoral supervisor of School of Chinese Language and Literature of Nankai University, came to NENU and delivered a speech entitled "Thoughts on Strengthening International Competitiveness of Chinese Language". Vice president Liu Haimin attended the lecture and presented the letter of appointment to Prof. Ma as visiting professor on behalf of NENU.
