Upon the invitation of NENU, a group of five people, headed by Prof. Dai Jianan, president of Taiwan Kaohsiung Normal University, paid a visit to NENU on Apr. 4th. Vice president Zhang Zhiguo had talks with the visiting delegation on behalf of NENU and signed inter-institutional academic cooperation and exchange memorandum with Prof. Dai on behalf of two schools respectively.
The memorandum entailed the agreement reached by the two parties on the scientific research and education cooperation in relevant fields, the exchange of academic resources, the dispatch of teachers for academic exchange and research, the direct academic exchanges and activities of colleges, departments and institutes with the relevant units of the other party, and the encouragement to students for study and exchanges, etc.
During their stay, the delegation visited the University History Lecture Hall, Library and Jingyue Campus, and had talks with relevant responsible staff.
