On September 20th, President of NENU Shi Ningzhong met Li Xiangdong, the former Counselor of the Chinese Embassy in Japan. Vice-president Zhang Shaojie and the leading members from the Chinese Trans-Japan Preparing School attended the meeting.
Shi Ningzhong and Li Dongxiang exchanged views on how to promote the communication between NENU and the education of Japan and work on the Labor Union of Trans-Japan Preparing School. Shi Ningzhong appointed Li Dongxiang as Honorary President of Trans-Japan Preparing School officially, and presented certificates to him.
Li Dongxiang was Director-General of Ministry of Education, Director of Office for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs, and Standing-vice director and the Secretary General of China Scholarship Council. He also participated in the building Trans-Japan Preparing School.
