On October 15th, a six-person party headed by Mr. Bi Xianshun, Party Secretary of Shandong Institute of Industry and Commerce visited NENU. Vice President of NENU Liu Haimin met and held talks with them. Heads of University Office, Personnel Department, and School of Politics and Law were also present.
First, Liu Haimin extended a warm welcome. Then he briefed on the history and current situation of our university, and the major achievements accomplished in recent years. Mr. Bi Xianshun also gave a general survey on Shandong Institute of Industry and Commerce. The two parties exchanged views on issues such as appointment system in institutions of higher learning and the system of professor committee.
After the meeting, Bi Xianshun and his party visited relevant departments of NENU.
