Recently, according to the spirit of the document-“Guidance on Carrying out the Training of Teachers on the Excellent Courses” issued by Ministry of Education, the Changchun-Based Sub-center of National Higher Education Institutions Teacher Online Training Center Sponsored by Ministry of Education was established in NENU’s Teachers Training Center of Higher Education of Northeast China. It is the first sub-center set up in Jinlin province. There are altogether 20 sub-centers at both municipal and provincial level nationwide.
