On April the 5th, the signing ceremony of the contract between NENU and the Watercolors Art Committee of China Artists Association for jointly editing and publishing “Contemporary Chinese Watercolors” was held. Zhang Zhiguo, Vice president of NENU, and Huang Tieshan, Professor and Director of the Watercolors Art Committee of China Artists Association signed the contract on the ceremony. In addition, Zhu Fansheng, Secretary General of the China Artists Association, Chen Jian, Secretary General of the Watercolors Art Committee of China Artists Association, and heads of School of Fine Arts also attended the ceremony.
