Recently, the result of the 8th Changchun Top 10 Outstanding Youth Election has been announced. It is held by the Communist Youth League in Changchun Party Committee, Changchun Youth Federation, Changchun Daily Press, Changchun Radio Station, Changchun Television Station, and Changchun Evening Paper, six units in all. The undergraduate student Li Mu of 2004 won the title of “The 8th Changchun Top 10 Outstanding Youth”. The award ceremony took place on May 4th in Jilin Hotel in a grand scale.
Changchun Top 10 Outstanding Youth Election is held every two years to award the youths in all walks of life who excel in Changchun’s reform and opening and the modernization construction.
