Teachers from School of Music Sing in the National Grand Theatre for the First Time

Published:June 7, 2008 Review:

Recently, jointly sponsored by the Ministry of Culture, the National Grand Theatre and the Chinese Musicians Association, the first "Chinese Spring Symphony" was held in the National Grand Theatre in Beijing. Associate professor Jin Yong from School of Music with Changchun Film Orchestra of Jilin Province attended the performance. In the performance, Professor Jin Yong sang "miss his comrades", the aria "Tonight no one sleeps" from "Turandot" and other repertoires. This is the first time musicians from NENU as well as from Jilin province sang in the National Grand Theatre.
