From September the 6th to 7th, 2008 China•Changchun the second International Sculpture Forum and the first small-scale metal welding sculpture exhibition was held in NENU. Vice President of NENU Zhang Zhiguo and Zhang Shaojie attended the forum, and the former delivered the opening speech. President and Vice President Zhu Shangxi and Yin Xiaofeng of the Sculpture Committee of Chinese Arts and Crafts Institute presided over the forum.
