On October 10th, at the invitation of School of Education Science, Professor Takayama Tatsuo from Miyagi University of Education came to NENU and delivered a lecture entitled "An Analysis of Trends in Japan Basic Education" for the faculty and students.
In the lecture, with abundant materials and rich data, Professor Takayama Tatsuo shed a comprehensive and overall light on the background, problems and future development of Japan basic education reform. He also shared opinions with the faculty and students on some correlated issues about basic education reform in China and Japan.
During his stay in NENU, Professor Takayama Tatsuo will give another two lectures on "Japan Clinical Education Theory & Its practice in Primary and Secondary Schools" and "Japanese Culture Traits and Its Value Orientations toward Education".
