NENU undertook 2008 Education Officials Seminar in Developing Countries & 2008 African University Presidents Seminar. 38 education officials and university presidents from 13 developing countries attended the seminars.
12 experts from School of Education Science, School of Foreign languages, International Relations Institute, Employment Center, International Cooperation and Exchanges Center, The Ministry of Education, Beijing Normal University and Harbin Normal University gave lectures rich in content.
