On Nov.8th, NENU’s first women’s congress was held on the third floor of the building of school history. This is NENU’s first women’s congress in history.
Sun Hong, vice president of Women Union of Jilin, made the first address. She confirmed NENU’s outstanding achievements so far regarding women's affairs, and expressed her hope that NENU could better undertake its leading role.
In the afternoon, Sheng Lianxi, Secretary of the Party of NENU, made a speech at the meeting.
