Recently, with advanced education concept, solid professional basis and outstanding teaching skills, NENU students achieved excellent results in "the First Toshiba Cup National Teaching Skills Innovation Contest for Normal Major Science Students of Normal Universities". The contest was held in Beijing Normal University and sponsored by Teachers Training Department, International Cooperation and Exchange Department of Ministry of Education of China and Toshiba (China). Zhao Shuya from School of Chemistry won the First Prize; Zhao Qian from School of Physics received the Third Prize and Zhang Nannan from School of Mathematics and Statistics won Winning Prize. NENU was awarded Excellent Organizer by Ministry of Education.
