159 NENU Students win 2007-2008 National Scholarship

Good news came as 159 NENU students won 2007-2008 national scholarship recently. On February 22nd, on behalf of all the winners from NENU, Ren Jinlei, a student of Grade 2006, attended the award ceremony in the Great Hall of the People.

National Scholarship is the highest honor which offers the largest amount of award money to students from institutions of higher education in China. The ratio of the award is 1% of the students enrollment and the award money is 8000RMB for each winner. Approximately 50,000 students won 2007-2008 national scholarship.
